Releasing Tension

Some of us just don't know how to control our temper, some do know. but really majority of us today doesn't know how. controlling your temper is a very good way when releasing tension, controlling ourselves is one of the way that we should learn to master, not really master but at least we should have the upper hand when it comes to different kinds of situation we are facing.


Let me give you an example, when we are talking to someone and suddenly the conversation starts to heat up between you and the person and he started to raise his voice.. what should you do? will you raise your voice too? will it help? i think not. it will make the things more complicated. to avoid this kind of situation you should always remember to be patient.. slowly breath in, release the things that are unnecessary in your mind at that moment.. try to calm down and talk in a very calm voice as you converse with the person.. bear in mind that talking in this way can make the conversation better.. and can make the things more comfortable between you two.. and as the situation becomes comfortable i think you can talk to each other better.. explaining the things in a very nice way without shouting to each other...

Being angry is unavoidable sometimes, but it is how you handle that mood.. how you can lessen the tension.. when you learn how to control this things you can think properly and of course now you can make decisions properly.. making decisions when your angry can affect the things involved in it.. so it is much better to cool things up before doing anything else, learn to evaluate the situation... will this make the situation better? or will this make the situation worst? questions like this can help a lot when you are starting to control your temper.... this are the things that i learned, i hope this can help some of you guys out there!!!
